2024-2026 APRILIA RS457 EVO MUFFLER FULL SYSTEM

The 2024-2026 Aprilia RS 457 is a gem of a lightweight sport bike designed with technologically advanced features. With the amount of riders jumping on board this model for either street or racing, we just had to design a full system specifically developed for the 457. This version is our signature Evo Muffler style, which is available in a variety of finishes to personalize your ride.

Performance Enhancement: Improved exhaust flow for an increase in horsepower and torque (dyno chart coming soon)
Weight Reduction: Shed that heavy stock exhaust weight
Aesthetic Appeal: Different muffler finishes to enhance the bike's appearance and make it uniquely yours
Sound Improvement: A more aggressive exhaust note but is typically quieter than the Evo Megaphone style
Optional Noise Insert: Noise reducer insert is available to meet street or track regulations, in case you want to quiet down the muffler even more. Check it out here.

Please note: if you are racing, it is ideal to add the Hindle Race Bracket in order to eliminate the rear passenger footpeg assembly.
