This is our new RRR/Hindle Stainless Steel Exhaust for the 1972-77 Honda CB350F/400F. All our Vintage Systems are now purge welded for additional flow. For such a small engine the gains in horsepower and torque with just our new exhaust were amazing. Our test bike improved on peak power from 24hp to 28hp with major gains from 4,000rpm all the way to 9,000rpm.

This race designed system CB360 TT “Sidewinder” is made entirely from Stainless Steel. It is purge welded and fully spring mounted in sections for quick installation and removal. The system offers full access to the oil filter case, oil drain and allows keeping the center stand in place. RRR’s unique 2-1 design follows modern design theory with a merge collector and staggered pulse wave sections. This system is made completely of thin wall stainless steel for maximum weight savings, it is almost as light as titanium. The Sidewinder exhaust fits close to the engine just under the clutch side case for that TT racer look.

This race designed system is made entirely from Stainless Steel. It is fully spring mounted in sections for quick installation and removal. The system offers full access to the oil filter and oil drain. Hindle’s unique 4-2-1 design allows for maximum horsepower and maximum torque. This RRR/Hindle system was dyno tested and produced 41.74 hp and 31.5 ft lbs torque at the back wheel.

Our RRR/Hindle exhaust has gained 5hp over stock and created a very flat torque curve that produces 35ft/lbs torque over a 5000 rpm spread. Another interesting note is that the exhaust system would allow the engine to rev to 11,000 rpm before peak power began to fade. Peak power was recorded at 9,500rpm.

The stock RRR/Hindle system has a nice mellow sound but it’s not objectionable and thus perfect for heavily populated areas, or coming home really late at night!  When you get on the power and make the bike rev, then the free flowing nature of the Megaphone Muffler really comes on song and the sound is gorgeous! Both Megaphone Mufflers will use the same mounting point and thus are completely interchangeable. With the “Shorty” or 12″ muffler length, the sound is…ah…stirring!

This system fits all the Honda CB750 models from 1969-78.

“Superbike Option” – This is a larger midpipe, muffler and muffler bracket. This system works on the DOHC 750F/900F/1100F and is designed to work with rearsets. It tucks in real tight and sweeps up behind the rearsets. In back to back testing we made seven more horsepower through the midrange than the Winning Performance pipe that had been fitted. We also made a bit more peak power and huge increases in torque throughout the rev range as compared with the Winning Performance aftermarket exhaust.

Pictured is the first production version of our CBR600 F2/3 vintage race system which is purge welded for seamless flow. The standard mount is a street/track system and retains the rear passenger peg. A Race Bracket is available which replaces the rear passenger peg and mount.

The tuning of the system is full race spec 4-2-1 all stainless steel designed to produce maximum horsepower and torque. The system is all spring mounted to slip together as in all the best race systems for easy installation and removal.
