RRR/Hindle Supersport Mufflers are a 4 inch in diameter round canister style as were performance fitted during the 80’s-90’s on most Japanese Motorcycles. The Mufflers come in three lengths: 14″, 16″ and 18″ and are available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Fiber, Titanium and Stainless with Ceramic Coating Black. All Muffler sizes (14,16, 18″) fit all our exhaust systems and mount identically, so no matter what bike or model you have, the RRR/Hindle Supersport Mufflers will bolt up to your bike the same way on any of our RRR/Hindle Vintage Racing Exhaust Systems. The Mufflers are a straight through design with a mild steel perforated baffle core surrounded by SS wool and ceramic wrap for long term durability. The Supersport Mufflers have a 2 inch inlet and a 1 3/4 inch outlet. The Supersports have a straight through design for maximum exhaust flow and are tuned to work with all of our Hindle Headers. The 14″ has the loudest sound while the 16″ is popular for track day noise restrictions as is the 18″. We also offer a STEALTH core packing, at no extra charge, which is very quiet for sneaking home late at night or for long touring trips. Each muffler comes with a round muffler strap with inner rubber cover to prevent chaffing. The mufflers are designed to mount to the rear footpeg mount either directly or with a bracket or spacer provided. The muffler also has two spring tabs welded to the bottom side inlet for spring mounting the muffler to the tail pipe.
